Pendable LLC (“Company”, “we”) operates Pendable Sites. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you use this website and the hosted-site Service.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email, and similar details you submit when creating or managing a tenant). Usage data such as pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP address. Cookies and similar technology for sessions and security.

Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle. Card details are stored by Paddle, not on our servers. We store identifiers needed to match your tenant to a Paddle customer or subscription.

How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, communicate about your account, bill the site owner, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We share it with vendors who process it on our instructions (hosting, email, Paddle) and when required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
